Stone Bell House (Dům U Kamenného zvonu, U Zvonu) stands on Old Town Square, near Týn Church and Old Town Hall. In the heart of old Prague, it is a convenient starting point for your post-ceremony walk.

Gothic architecture and historic interiors create a distinctive medieval atmosphere. Hold an intimate official wedding here, then continue with photographs in the Old Town.

Capacity: up to 40 guests. Seating and ceremony arrangements are agreed in advance.

Ceremony dates: Ceremonies are arranged by agreement, excluding Sundays, weekends and public holidays. We check availability for your preferred date before booking.

📄 Documents for a wedding in the Czech Republic — we handle the preparation

Preparation and translation of up to 6 documents per couple are included in every package. These are passports, birth certificates and certificates of marital status. Apostilles on original documents are not included.

You provide the originals; we prepare the documents for your wedding at Stone Bell House. We check your documents and arrange translation into Czech.

Advance submission of your documents requires a notarised power of attorney for our agent in the Czech Republic. We can help arrange it for an additional fee, or you can arrange it yourself.

Where does the ceremony take place?

How many guests can we invite?

The venue accommodates up to 40 guests. The guest list, seating and specific ceremony space are agreed in advance.

Is this an official marriage registration?

Yes. All three packages include an official ceremony, document preparation, a Czech-language marriage certificate, its apostille and translation. Full inclusions are shown in the table.

How do the packages differ?

Basic covers ceremony organisation and documents. Premium adds a bouquet and boutonniere, hair and makeup, 2 hours of photography and transport for the photo session. Luxury includes 3 hours of photography and 3 hours with a videographer.

Do we need a power of attorney to submit documents?

Advance submission of your documents requires a notarised power of attorney for our agent in the Czech Republic. We can help arrange it for an additional fee, or you can arrange it yourself.

Which documents will we need?

Usually passports, birth certificates and certificates of marital status. The exact documents, translations and legalisation depend on your citizenship and circumstances; we check them individually.

When should we book?

As soon as you have chosen your preferred period. We first check the venue’s available dates, then agree the preparation and booking.
