Your ceremony, stay, drinks reception and wedding dinner can all take place at the hotel. Enjoy the day together without travelling between venues. Accommodation, drinks receptions and dinner are arranged separately from the wedding package.
You can also marry at another Cyprus venue you love, then return to the hotel for your wedding dinner and overnight stay. It is a convenient way to combine a favourite ceremony setting with a reception and accommodation already taken care of.

Mediterranean Terrace: vows above the sea
The first-floor veranda offers panoramic Mediterranean views and beautiful sunset light. The hotel brochure lists capacity for up to 80 ceremony guests. Arrangements include a white-dressed ceremony table, a small fresh-flower arrangement and USB/Bluetooth connection for music. See the comparison table for the gazebo styling in each package.
A drinks reception, first toast and wedding cake
Stay on the terrace after the ceremony for your first toast, congratulations and cake cutting. The hotel offers hot and cold canapés, miniature desserts and chef-served food stations. Food and drinks are arranged separately. Wedding cakes are made by the hotel; external cake suppliers are not permitted.
Wedding dinner on the Mediterranean Terrace
Enjoy a private outdoor dinner overlooking the sea for up to 80 guests, from 7 to 11 pm. Choose round or rectangular tables with white linen. The terrace suits a relaxed evening with background or approved live music; it is not a DJ venue. Private wedding meals and drinks are separate from the hotel all-inclusive plan.
Euphoria: keep the celebration going
For an after-dinner party, Euphoria offers an indoor setting for up to 30 guests with a dance floor, sound and lighting. We agree the format, timings and entertainment with the hotel in advance.
Guest access and menus
Guests staying elsewhere need a hotel visitor pass, arranged to suit your schedule. We help plan your wedding menu around your preferences and your guests’ dietary needs, including vegetarian and other special options.

You provide the original documents; we arrange the preparation for your legal wedding in Cyprus. We organise the required translations, notarisation and apostilles, so you do not have to find translators or notaries or visit offices to arrange these steps yourself.
Document preparation is charged separately from your wedding package. Reviewing your documents and advising you are included; translations, notarisation and apostilles for your personal documents are separate services.

The exact list depends on your nationality, country of residence and marital history. We confirm which originals you need, check their validity and agree the documents with the municipality in advance. For Israeli citizens, the marital-status certificate is valid for three months from the date of issue.
You get ready for your wedding; we take care of the paperwork. Your coordinator accompanies you to the in-person document appointment the day before your wedding. Return transport between your hotel and the municipality is included. Your coordinator is also with you on the wedding day.

Can we have a legally registered civil wedding at the hotel?
Yes. A municipal registrar comes to the hotel to conduct the civil ceremony. All packages include an English-language marriage certificate and an apostille on the certificate.
When should we book?
Get in touch as soon as you have a preferred date. Popular venues, especially hotels, are often reserved well ahead, so planning early gives you more choice. If your date is approaching, ask us to check what is still available.

Which documents do we need?
The usual starting point is valid passports, marital-status certificates and birth certificates where required. After a previous marriage, divorce documents or a former spouse’s death certificate may be needed. We confirm your individual list.
