Get in touch as soon as you have a date in mind: venues and suppliers are subject to availability. Hotels often book well ahead; there is no single minimum booking period for every wedding.
📄 Documents for your Cyprus wedding — we will prepare them for you
You provide the originals; we take care of preparing the documents for your marriage registration in Cyprus. We arrange the necessary translations, notarisation and apostilles. You do not need to find translators or notaries yourself or visit offices to arrange these procedures.
Document preparation is charged separately from the wedding package. Document checks and consultation are included in the package; translations, notarisation and apostilles for the couple’s documents are a separate service.

The exact list depends on your citizenship, country of residence and marital status. We will confirm which originals you need, check certificate validity and agree the documents with the municipality in advance. You prepare for your wedding; we take care of the paperwork. Our coordinator accompanies you when you submit your documents in person and on your ceremony day. The submission date and transfer arrangements depend on your chosen venue and wedding package.
