Ayia Napa is located in the eastern part of the island and is considered the “local Ibiza”. Here, the vigorous activity does not subside in the evening, but only intensifies, spilling out onto the streets and beaches in the form of parties in bars, restaurants, nightclubs and discos. This is truly an earthly paradise for lovers of noisy entertainment and night swimming in the sea, which has long been witnessed by gray coastal cliffs, a medieval monastery and a fishermen’s pier.
A quieter place is the village of Protaras, adjacent to Ayia Napa from the north. There are no noisy entertainment facilities here, but the resort service is at the same good level.
Ayia Napa offers a wide variety of wedding venues. If you’re looking for an intimate, romantic ceremony by the sea, there are several sandy beaches and quaint rocky coastlines to consider. If you decide to limit yourself to an economical option, opt for a ceremony within the walls of one of the local city halls, especially since they are usually located in interesting old buildings or take place in a pleasant outdoor park.
A wedding in Cyprus should be booked no later than 2 weeks before the desired date. In addition to submitting documents to the municipality itself, which we do for you, and obtaining approval of the documents, you also need to have time to certify all your necessary documents and notarize them, which also takes time. Certification of documents and their translation are paid separately depending on your package of documents and deadlines before the wedding date. We also have an Express document preparation service in an extremely short time for an additional fee. When the documents are ready, you will need to pick them up and take them with you to Cyprus to present them at the municipality. Without the original documents, the wedding will not take place.
During the presentation of the originals at the municipality in Cyprus, you will be accompanied by our agent, who will monitor and manage the process, and in case of questions or unforeseen situations, will resolve them.
The sooner you book your wedding with us, the more likely you are to receive exactly the conditions and services that suit you best. For example, the date that suits you or the photographer you like best. We have a large selection of contractors to suit different tastes and budgets.
It is possible to book a wedding with our agency online. In this case, you do not need to physically come to the meeting; it will take place via one of the means of communication of your choice. The original documents and the signed agreement can be sent by mail, as well as receiving ready-made documents.
A wedding ceremony in Cyprus lasts about 20 minutes. The official part of the ceremony is not subject to change. You will need to take an oath prepared in advance by the municipality. If you want to add something on your own (vows, breaking a glass, sand ceremony, etc.), you can do this after the official part..
Receiving a marriage certificate, including its apostille, occurs on the same day if the ceremony took place on a weekday before 14:00 and was booked sufficiently in advance. In other cases, the marriage certificate will be sent to your hotel within 3 working days or by mail, and it is also possible to pay extra for express delivery.
If you ordered a photo and/or video session, you will receive the material within 3 months from the date of shooting.
After receiving the marriage certificate, to register the marriage in your country, you must submit it to the appropriate authorities established by your country or to the embassy of your country if you are not located in its territory.
Until you have submitted a marriage certificate, which means you have not declared its conclusion, you are not considered married. Failure to present a marriage certificate within a certain period (depending on the country) is a violation of the law.
By concluding a marriage through our company, you guarantee yourself complete confidence in the smooth conduct of the official part, and will also have the opportunity to decorate this day with all kinds of services in accordance with your budget.
We organize both small weddings with only painting and large weddings with a banquet, travel, excursions, tickets and hotels.
Our wedding packages are customized for each couple and we will always go the extra mile to ensure your special day is as unique and amazing as you’ve always dreamed.
Let us be your guide to a world where luxury meets excellence.
