Your ceremony, stay, drinks reception and wedding dinner can all take place at the hotel. Enjoy the day together without travelling between venues. Accommodation, drinks receptions and dinner are arranged separately from the wedding package.
You can also marry at another Cyprus venue you love, then return to the hotel for your wedding dinner and overnight stay. It is a convenient way to combine a favourite ceremony setting with a reception and accommodation already taken care of.

A sea-view drinks reception
Celebrate after the ceremony with sparkling wine, cocktails and small bites. The hotel offers canapés and finger food, with alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks to suit your guests. We agree the reception space and menu for your group and the season.
Wedding dinner at Kyma and hotel event spaces
Waterfront Kyma is a natural setting for a relaxed celebration by the sea. The hotel’s proposal includes Cypriot and international sharing menus as well as plated set menus. We confirm an indoor or outdoor space, table layout and entertainment for your guest numbers. Dinner and its menu are arranged separately.

The bright room overlooking the sea can be arranged for an intimate ceremony, dinner or buffet. These photographs show different layouts; we confirm the setting, decoration and room availability with the hotel for your date.
📄 Wedding documents for Cyprus — we handle the preparation
You provide the original documents; we arrange the preparation for your legal wedding in Cyprus. We organise the required translations, notarisation and apostilles, so you do not have to find translators or notaries or visit offices to arrange these steps yourself.
Document preparation is charged separately from your wedding package. Reviewing your documents and advising you are included; translations, notarisation and apostilles for your personal documents are separate services.

The exact list depends on your nationality, country of residence and marital history. We confirm which originals you need, check their validity and agree the documents with the municipality in advance. For Israeli citizens, the marital-status certificate is valid for three months from the date of issue.
You get ready for your wedding; we take care of the paperwork. Your coordinator accompanies you to the in-person document appointment the day before your wedding. Return transport between your hotel and the municipality is included. Your coordinator is also with you on the wedding day.

Can we have a legal civil wedding at the hotel?
Yes. A municipal registrar conducts the ceremony at the agreed hotel venue. You receive an official marriage certificate, with its apostille included in your package.
How far ahead should we book?
Get in touch as soon as you have a preferred date. Hotels take wedding bookings well in advance, and early planning gives you more choice of venues and suppliers. We will check availability for you.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is charged separately. A drinks reception and wedding dinner for your guests are also arranged separately; the comparison table lists the services included in each wedding package.
